As young holiday goers, we loved the brilliant breakfast with fresh and tasty options. The staff were great and the location was ideal, just around the corner from a tube station. The room and shower were clean, and the hotel had a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast options were impressive and the staff in charge of the dining room was really friendly and attentive. the hotel provided a variety of teas in the room, which was a nice touch.
The security could be improved as our safe malfunctioned and there was a mix-up with room cards, causing inconvenience and frustration. the hotel failed to provide a requested wake-up call one morning.

I had a very pleasant stay at Best Western The Boltons Hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to the tube station and buses. The room, although small, had everything I needed, including an iron and a hairdryer. The bathroom may have been compact, but the shower was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection, and the staff were efficient and friendly. The hotel was also conveniently located near a Marks and Spencer supermarket. I highly recommend this hotel for single travelers.
